We are partnering with Our Lady of La Vang Parish to provide educational workshops to improve community health at their annual Health Fair. Through our partnership with Our Lady of La Vang Parish, Foothill Community Health Center, Covered California, Community Health Partnership, Asian Americans for Community Involvement (AACI), Asian Pacific Islander Justice Coalition, SIREN (Services, Immigrants Rights and Education Network), and SEIU Local 521, we will deliver presentations to empower on understanding the new health insurance marketplace Covered California and the impact of the Affordable Care Act on immigrants.

1. After parking your vehicle, locate the closest pay-station (near elevator lobbies on Levels 3 and above).
2. Scroll to (using MORE CHOICES option) and select REDEEM ePERMIT CODE option.
3. Enter your ePermit code and select OK to redeem and print your permit.
4. Return to your vehicle and display the permit face-up on the front driver side dashboard.

Public Transit

• Attendees will have the opportunity to receive a digital copy of the presentation.

Affordable Care Act and Immigrants

How will the Affordable Care Act impact immigrants? Community Health Partnership and SIREN will present two workshop sessions.
