Support us in bringing neighborhood revitalization to central San José.
Every dollar donated to CommUniverCity goes a long way in improving the lives of people in our community. We use donations to fund events, materials for art projects, tools and seeds needed for the gardening programs and other educational events.
These funds help us create a safe space for everyone in the community to learn, grow, and connect with each other. We strive to provide resources that are accessible and beneficial to all members of our community. Through these activities, we hope to bring people together and foster a sense of belonging and pride within our city.

Student Learning, Community Impact: Turning SJSU Education into Real-World Solutions
When Spartans step into the community, opportunity grows.
CommUniverCity connects SJSU students with local communities to turn course learning into real-world solutions. Each year, hundreds of Spartans serve various community partners, such as small businesses and the youth, generating university support into 7x its value in community impact.
Across central San José, communities face barriers to opportunity. Through CommUniverCity, SJSU students are able to:
• Bring interactive technology workshops directly to underserved youth.
• Provide marketing to those who seek help in navigating their entrepreneurial dreams.
• Serve as mentors and role models in building visible pathways to seek higher education.
This is CommUniverCity in action. With your support, we can sustain and grow this work.
Our Goal: $5,000
For every dollar you donate, CommUniverCity generates $7 in community value. Your gift funds even the littlest of things, like project boards SJSU students use to present their coursework knowledge, or materials used during hands-on learning demos.
Together, we can continue transforming learning into lasting community impact.
